Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

If a delivery is missed, any re-delivery or additional shipping fees may be the responsibility of the customer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the product type and delivery location.

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I return my order?

For standard (non-custom) items, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How do I make a return?

To create a return, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery.

Once approved, return the item to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our team as soon as possible with details and photos so we can assist.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are processed.

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Haydenshapes products are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

How should I care for my surfboard?

To keep your board in the best condition, avoid prolonged exposure to heat and direct sunlight (such as leaving it in a hot car), rinse with fresh water after use, and store it in a cool, shaded place.

Any dings or cracks should be repaired as soon as possible to prevent water damage.

How do I choose the right surfboard size?

What’s the difference between stock and custom boards?

Stock boards are pre-built and ready to ship, making them the fastest option to get in the water.

Custom boards (HS Studio) are built to order and allow you to choose specific dimensions, construction, and artwork tailored to your preferences.

Can I request custom surfboard artwork?

Yes — custom artwork is available through our HS Studio service.

Please note that all custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned once placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes can no longer be made.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and a range of international payment methods at checkout.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

For orders shipped within the EU, duties and taxes are typically included.

For orders shipped outside the EU, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Discount codes typically cannot be used on sale items or combined with other promotions.

Why isn’t my discount code working?
